We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service. ONLY THE CAPTAINS can cancel a boat tour due to weather. We will wait until the time of your tour to make this decision in order to give us the best possibility of success. If you still insist, or you must reschedule, we will try to accommodate your tour at another time.
